We've secretly replaced their regular beach with new Folger's crystals
I guess this kind of falls in the let's just build it because we can category. But there's this really cool man-made beach resort in Japan. Click on the link below (or the picture here) to see more images for yourself.One thing you never have to worry about is the weather, because it's always sunny at this beach. Lots of fun (if you don't mind some crowds). And no sharks.

Since you ran the post on robots (asimo et al.) it's been covered half a dozen times on CNN, but not until like a month after your post. I hope in the future you have time to get back to this, you really were providing some excellent resources.
